Hi everyone! It has been a while since I wrote to you! Everything is going well! I had such a good week in Hong Kong! To be honest, it was a busy week. Instead of playing, we had to do a lot of different stuff. Like meetings, see the fans, kids clinics, visiting sponsors etc. I always played an evening match. I had couple good matches and I won both ! So Russia won again for the second year in a row !!! We such a fun mixed doubles with Evgeniy. I never would have thought that I’m going to play with my favorite player, even from when I was a kid!? I actually told Evgeniy that I’m ready to play mixed doubles at the Australian Open with him. He was laughing and told me that he will ask for a WC. But I guess it was a joke… So after all of that, a few of us moved to Sydney. And next day, I had to play first match at 11 am. But I was dead tired, 3 hours difference by Hong Kong time meant it was 8 am, so no power and energy after a long flight. But I was prepared and I knew that’s its going to be like that. So for me was even better to get over jet-lag quickly! Now I’m in the airport waiting for my flight to Melbourne. Thank you again to all of you for your support, it is really giving me some extra power and confidence! Maria
